Well, the meeting in Ronneby is over and it has been a very enjoyable one, thanks to our partners in Sweden. They delivered a good job, and they certainly did their best to offer us some marvellous workshops: enamel, waterjet cutting, some wood adorning in the snickeri, but personally I liked the typical Swedish barbeque in the park near the lake most: we had to cut our own ‘meat skewer’ before we could prepare our meal! No work, no food!
Back in Belgium means back to business, and again we start with some work according to the project. When in Istanbul we admired the computer possibilities for design in the Mimar Sinan University. We have been looking for something similar in the ‘lace department’ and we found something! So we start this new schoolyear with a new course: Lace design on PC. We were twelve students in the course and we all enjoyed the lessons with our new teacher. So far it was fun! Let’s see if it continues this way!
